Being the master commander of the dead, the Necromancer is the most powerful force in all of Norrath. Necromancers are servants of the dark gods, studying ancient and mysterious tomes to gain power over the world of the dead. Necromancers are primarily a magic-using class, with the ability to wear cloth armor and wield blunt weapons and daggers. Necromancers specialize in conjuring corpses of the dead to fight for them as servants. A large arsenal of offensive and detrimental spells awaits anybody who plays a Necromancer.

The Necromancer has the ability to ensnare his enemies, boil their blood, steal life from them, and attack them with a wraith. Necromancers are a very self-sufficient class and often choose to adventure alone, though they can provide great value to a group as well. The necromancer is an excellent choice for the independent player who enjoys a wide variety of abilities.
