Bertoxxulous, the Plague bringer, has no allies on Norrath. He is dedicated to spreading death and decay throughout Norrath, and his followers do their best to walk in his steed and do the same. Many of Bertoxxulous’ followers are Necromancers, a supported art of the God. Under his hood can be seen a very handsome face attached to the body of a rotting corpse.
Guarding the plane of Disease, Bertoxxulous is surrounded by the dead and the dying. He is enemies with Tunare, Rodcet Nife, Karana, Mithaniel Marr, and Rallos Zek.
