The High Elf is the royalty line of the elves. They are more intellectual and stand taller than the Wood Elves. They are known as the Koada'Dal and prefer not to get their hands dirty in work. The mind sets are on the magic arts and this is where they excel.

The High Elf home is in Felwithe on Faydwer. Their body sizes range from small to medium, and they have good infravision for night hunting. Their race practices in the classes of Cleric, Enchanter, Magician, Paladin, and Wizard. They mostly worship the god Tunare, but some others of their kind follow Erollisi Marr, Mithaniel Marr, Karana, or Solusek Ro.

The High Elves are another very intellectual race of Norrath, though they share similar qualities with Woodland Elves. Pale skinned and slender, the High Elves live in the city of Felwithe. Felwithe is a very architectural city, with great stone buildings and beautiful gates. Also known as the Koada`Dal, are regarded as the closest relatives of the original Norrathian Elves created by Tunare, Mother of All. They expect to be treated with respect and do have an haughty pride about them. The High Elf can be seen as arrogant, and they see no race equal or better than them. Treating the Wood Elves as servants; Humans, Gnomes and Halflings as worth of presence; and Dwarves, Barbarians and Erudites are bearable, it seems difficult to become friends with a High Elf.
